Job Description Summary The Customer Contract Manager – Offshore wind will have a focus on Warranty and Commercial topics and is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of warranty, claims, and related matters across GE Vernova’s Offshore Wind supply and operations projects. This role protects GE Vernova’s contractual entitlements, reduces commercial exposure across Service Warranty Agreements (SWAs) and Turbine Supply Agreements (TSAs), and supports Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) development. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to strengthen GE Vernova’s risk position, preserve margin, and support long-term customer relationships. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial management of warranty and claims activities across Offshore Wind supply and operations contracts. Manage customer expectations related to warranty scope, entitlement, exclusions, remedies, and settlement outcomes. Develop and execute commercial strategies for claims mitigation, refutation, negotiation, and resolution. Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to support root cause analysis, liability assessment, and commercial positioning. Ensure PBA impacts are reduced, aligning with customers and contractual commitments and operational delivery expectations, while managing discrepancies, clarifications, and resolution pathways in collaboration with Operations, and Engineering teams. --- Source: jobicy - GE Vernova
