This is a newly created role designed to bring operational rigor to the systems and processes that power our team globally. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by driving a top-notch employee experience. You'll lead the global HRIS implementation in partnership with the Director of Talent, help build out compliance and benefits infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions, and be the connective tissue between People strategy and day-to-day execution.This role sits on a lean People team and reports directly to the Director of Talent. You'll have real ownership from day one, and your work will be visible across the entire organization.
