About the Programme This is a 12 month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager. Starting from October 1st, 2026, you will be supported every step of the way through a combination of: Classroom and virtual learning On‑the‑job training and job shadowing Coaching from experienced colleagues Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments From day one you’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability.
