About the Role You'll run the programs that fill the top of our funnel: paid search, paid social, and our AI SDR. You'll also build the agents and workflows that make our demand gen team faster. You're part operator and part builder. You manage agency partners to pipeline outcomes, and when a process is manual and repetitive, you automate it. Success means more pipeline per dollar and fewer hours spent on work a workflow could do.
