As a Project Manager at UTTR, you will play a crucial role in our vibrant internal marketing team. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee internal marketing projects using ClickUp. Assign tasks and provide detailed briefs to team members on new projects and tasks. Ensure all project deadlines are met and that the team is working efficiently and effectively. Maintain organized project documentation and track progress regularly. Coordinate and communicate with different departments to align on project goals and deliverables. Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Review work produced by the team to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements. Review and provide feedback on copywriting and creatives, offering insights into what works and what doesn't in marketing campaigns.
