***Unfortunately, the Client Services Business Analyst is not able to provide sponsorship now or anytime in the future.*** ***This role requires you to be located either near our Indianapolis office or the Northeast United States - Remote Flexibility.*** The Associate Manager, Client Services role supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements. The role oversees projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements and manages the day-to-day activities for the project(s) assigned. Works closely with clients and Executive personnel to continually define the problem and deploy solutions by supporting the team in executing various work streams. Ensure the engagement stays on track and is focused on delivering valuable insights to the client while also coaching and mentoring analysts and consultants on their team. Utilize skills through a breadth of challenges delivering long term effect to leaders in the health care sector.
