About Us:
Spreedly is the world's leading Open Payments Platform. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Durham, NC, the company gives mid-market and enterprise businesses the infrastructure to connect to any payment gateway, processor, or fraud tool through a single API. The platform is vendor-agnostic by design, meaning customers are never locked into a single provider and never need to rebuild their payments stack to access new capabilities.
The core business problem Spreedly solves is real and costly: global merchants face a fragmented payments ecosystem, where every new market, payment method, or fraud tool typically requires a separate, time-consuming integration. Spreedly eliminates that complexity, enabling companies to route transactions intelligently, secure cardholder data, prevent fraud, and expand into new markets without heavy engineering overhead.
About the Role:
The Partner Growth Manager (PGM) is responsible for driving revenue growth through Spreedly’s strategic partner ecosystem. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with Spreedly’s premier and standard partners while identifying and executing opportunities to generate new business together.
The PGM works closely with Sales to co-sell into shared prospects and customers, expand existing partner relationships, and accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to build trusted partner relationships, and a track recor

Our engineering organization ships to production many times a day and is running one of the most ambitious AI-assisted engineering transformations in fintech.
Most companies are learning the hard way that giving engineers AI tools and hoping for the best produces more code, not better software. Deployment frequency rises; change failure rate rises with it. Rollbacks become routine. Codebases drift out of architectural consistency as teams lean on different assistants with different defaults. The productivity win gets consumed by rework, incidents, and technical debt.
