What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 10,000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The role:
We are looking for a Head of Data Science to build Paddle's data science capability from the ground up. Our Merchant of Record model gives us a data position no PSP or billing provider has: subscription and pricing context alongside granular payment-outcome data, across thousands of software businesses. This role exists to turn that into economic value by putting machine learning and agentic systems into production.
The mandate is deliberately narrow and deliberately ambitious: data science at Paddle owns automated decisioning inside the product — traditional machine learning and agentic systems alike — not decision-support analytics.
We have a long list of candidate opportunities than we can fund, spanning payment performance and revenue recovery, sales and marketing operations, growth and monetisation intelligence, and risk, trust and compliance. We have a working hypothesis about which of these pays back first, and we'll share it — bu

About UsSince 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 120-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
About the Role
Close is a CRM built around the communication tools sales teams use every day: email, calling, SMS, workflows, reporting, and AI. Underneath that product is a broad technical surface — Python services and a large application backend, a TypeScript and React frontend, public APIs, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure, and integrations with providers that handle sensitive customer data.
Security work happens across it all today, but the ownership is spread across Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security & Trust. We’re hiring our first dedicated Product Security Engineer to make that work systematic. You’ll report to the Backend Platform team manager within EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design), while working across the entire product and infrastructure surface. You’ll find vulnerabilities, determine which findings matter most, and drive them through remediation. Often y

Fleetio is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and grow a portfolio of strategic reseller relationships — Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), telematics providers, and VARs — across the full partner lifecycle. This is a true hunter-farmer role: you'll be equally accountable for sourcing, qualifying, and signing new reseller partners and for managing and growing the partners already in your book. You're comfortable running a cold or warm partner pipeline from first conversation to signed agreement, and just as comfortable sitting across from an existing partner asking "where's our next dollar of growth together."
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to build the partner pipeline, close new agreements, enable partners post-signature, and turn signed relationships into ramped, revenue-generating accounts.

Fleetio is writing a new chapter. We are moving from a well-loved product in a category we helped define to a brand that fleet operators, technicians, and executives recognize at first sight and trust on instinct. We put our name on a NASCAR race. We have a car on track with 23XI Racing. We are rebuilding the company narrative around where fleet operations are actually going — not where it has been.
What we need now is the person who makes it all feel like one thing.
As Senior Director of Brand, you own how Fleetio looks, sounds, and shows up — everywhere. Our visual identity. Our editorial voice. Our social presence and video work. Our earned media. The creative expression of the company story across every surface a customer, a candidate, or an analyst will ever touch. You will lead a talented in-house team and a set of agency partners, and report directly to the CMO on a marketing leadership
