At Databricks, we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world's toughest data problems by utilizing the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform with Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. You will also help ensure customer success by helping our most complex customers maximize the value they get out of our platform and their return on investment.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases by leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestrating other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. It is technical in the sense that you will serve as the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. What You Will Do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and that brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You’ll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you’ll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you’ll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will:
Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy. Not only decide what features and integrations to pursue, but what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and our customers. Become a thought leader on how AI should shape HR for the better.
Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work.
Build durable foundations, like authentication, agentic execution frameworks

Role Description
As a Deployment Strategist (DS), you are the critical bridge between a customer's multi-million-dollar business problem and Databricks' technical solution. You are a product manager for the field, owning the technical and product direction of the engagement from initial discovery through production launch and adoption.
You will build C-suite trust, perform deep discovery to map the customer's political and technical landscape, and scope the value. You will define the Minimum Viable Product for a pilot, write the PRD that guides the engineering team, and manage the project to a successful landing. MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
We're growing fast and hiring the Engineering talent to match.
You'd be joining our Mobile team within the Platform Engineering division. We treat our internal developer platform as a real product, with internal customers (our feature teams, 150+ developers) and adoption metrics. The mission for this role: make it dramatically faster and safer to ship mobile features at MaintainX.
Today, feature teams reinvent patterns, fight with build infrastructure, and ship slower than they should because the foundations underneath them are inconsistent. We want a mobile foundation where feature teams stop thinking about CI, release trains, shared components, and observability, they just build f

Role Overview
As a Staff Security Engineer, you'll get involved early with Product and Software Engineering teams to embed security into our architecture and processes as they design, build, and ship. This is a hands-on role, and you don't need to be an expert in all three areas: application security, cloud security, and security automation and tooling. You should have strong, demonstrated depth in one of the three, along with enough working knowledge of the other two to contribute without hand-holding and to be a trusted voice on technical decisions outside the systems you personally own.
